I just love the blog by Mother Inferior; she's a high school classmate of mine but I had no idea, at the time, how incredible talented she is! Her blogs posts are some of my most favorite to read. In her latest post, she questions being "nice."
Like her, I was taught to be "nice", but when does nice cross the line to being "too nice?" In her words, "If Christianity is simply about being nice, I'm not interested." Amen! Let's not hold our tongues any longer, but speak the truth in love. Forget about what other people think, it's over-rated anyway, and care about what God thinks. After all, Jesus didn't care what others thought, aren't we striving to be more like him?
